1. General
The bara website (hereinafter: "the Website" or "the Store") is an online store managed in Israel, offering decorative home products for sale—including mirrors, frames, candles, and ornamental accessories. Browsing and purchasing on the Website are subject to the terms detailed in this policy, and constitute full agreement to its terms.
2. Orders and Purchase Process
Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the product. Order confirmation will be sent by email after payment approval. The company reserves the right not to approve an order in case of a technical malfunction, pricing error, or lack of stock, and will act to refund any amount charged in such a case.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices on the Website are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT as required by law, unless otherwise stated. 4. Deliveries

Delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond the company's control (such as strikes, extreme weather, or force majeure) will not entitle to compensation beyond an extension of the delivery date.
5. Transaction Cancellation and Returns
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations for transaction cancellation, the customer may cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging and in good condition and unused. In case of cancellation not due to a defect, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price or 100 ₪, whichever is lower, will be charged. Defective products or products that did not arrive as ordered will be replaced or fully refunded, at the customer's choice, without cancellation fees.
6. Warranty
The company makes an effort to describe the products on the Website accurately, including measurements, materials, and shades. However, slight differences in shade or texture may occur due to the customer's screen display settings. Manufacturing defects will be handled in accordance with the return policy detailed above.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website—including texts, images, design, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of the company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
8. Privacy
